Benjamin Franklin, the punctual plumber
We have been calling Benjamin Franklin every time we have a plumbing problem in Hot Springs, AR. Dwayne is our go to guy. Last Friday, we have a gas leak. Summit utility came right out around 8 pm and turned off our gas. We called Ben Franklin to get help and they said (I believe it's after hour so their answering service, not sure) will be out on Monday. On Monday morning, we called to ask what time and they said we were not on their book, but sent out a technician between 3-6 since we have no heat for several days and we take priority. Best services ever. By 3:05 they were out and 330 everything fixed. On time plumber number one.
