Very punctual. Early in fact. And expensive to the max. Charged us 400 bucks to fix something. I could have bought a whole new toilet for that! When questioned on price, claims they aren't the cheapest and gives a fluff speech of their value. If you need it quick, call them. But I'll never be paying them again.
