Excellent Quality
The rug I purchased met and exceeded all my expectations. I have never been so impressed with the quality of any rug I have EVER purchased. This rug is a work of art. I purchased the Afta-Beni Ourain rug. It is thick and so luxurious and exceptionally well made. The artist who created it is a master at her craft. I also contacted their customer support for a question regarding shipping. Excellent! Friendly, courteous, professional and made me feel like a valued customer. I have found my rug company.

Suzanne, this genuinely made our day. The Afta-Beni Ourain is one of our favorites too — the artisan behind it is so happy to know her work found such a loving home. We look forward to being your rug company for years to come!

Return Request for Medical Reasons
I requested a return 1 day after the 14 day return policy, explaining that my purchase was delivered whilst I was interstate caring for a family member who was a medical emergency. There was no recourse, no compassion even though I offered to obtain a medical certificate as evidence. Customer service has ignored all, but one, of my emails. Very disappointing.

Great brand, beautiful rug
My new @benisouk rug arrived today, and i wanted to say their customer service was incredible, the quality is fantastic, feels great under bare feet and i love that i am buying from artisans vs mass produced stuff from a chain. Really wanted to share a genuine experience and support a real, good and real good brand. Thank you. 🙏
Response from benisouk.comJun 1, 2026
Thank you, Adriana. Supporting real artisans is exactly why we do this. So glad the rug feels as good under your feet as it looks. We'd love to see it in its home if you ever want to share a photo at [email protected]!

The rug is a real show piece
The rug is a real show piece, the nicest in the house. The custom build didn't take too long either. I would get other rugs from Benisouk in the future.
Response from benisouk.comJun 1, 2026
The nicest in the house — we'll take it! Thanks Dave, and we look forward to making your next one just as special.

Benisouk rugs and customer service…
Benisouk rugs and customer service support is great. I bought two vintage rugs within the past year. Both arrived promptly, were extremely clean and absolutely gorgeous. The quality and feel are great and both fit well in my rooms. I recommend Benisouk rugs to others and will definitely purchase additional items in the future.
