Arrived very well packaged and the colors were better than seen online. The hand work is exceptionally well crafted.

I have to say from the beginning of my journey from ordering my carpet here in Australia to it actually arriving yesterday ( I am thrilled with it ) I have been so impressed by the service and the updates each step on the journey. A very tight act.

I love this company ! The rug I purchased is gorgeous, will definitely buy again.

I purchased a floor pillow for my wife, she absolutely loves it, I’m sure we will be adding to the collection soon! Communication and shipping was perfect, thanks!

I had such a great experience ordering from here. I received the rug so quickly and it’s gorgeous and of amazing quality. The option of returning is also comforting but you won’t need to! :)

I now own three rugs from Benisouk and I must say I love them more each day. The care in working with the brilliant weavers, the clear communication on the completion process and the quick shipping once completed is unbeatable. These are investment pieces and will last a long time. I’m so glad I discovered you all. Thank you! Everyone should own a rug from one of the brilliant Berber tradition weavers.

The rug is arriving quickly and the customer service is communicative and helpful

I liked the updates that got as my rug was in process
