great rugs fast shipping A++++ would transact again

Bought a large vintage rug mailed to Australia, UPS was backlogged from Covid delays and Benisouk were helpful in getting back to me, and even with delays still only took 2 weeks! Rug is beautiful and unique, definitely what we were after.

Ordered big living room rug Looked as expected and great quality.

I saw the most beautiful rug pop up on Instagram and I just had to have it! I placed the order and it arrived just a few days later - I couldn’t believe how quickly! It is absolutely wonderful and we all love it.!!!

My Benisouk rug showed up much quicker than I expected and in perfect shape. It is one of a kind and looks just like the pictures. I will 10/10 be returning to their site for future rug purchases.

I ordered my Beni Ourain rug in late August and was kept up to date by Benisouk as to its progress during the making process, which I thought was a nice touch. When the rug was finally ready for shipping I was sent a picture and unfortunately there had been an error with the order. However their Customer Care Agent was quick to sort out the issue and I am delighted with the rug which was delivered a couple of weeks ago. The quality of the wool and the weaving is excellent and the rug makes my room both stylish and cosy. Thank you to the weavers and all at Benisouk for a job well done.

Bought a rug from them and very happy , Great rugs !

Great products, especially unique and hard to find items. Almost more importantly is the awesome customer support and communication.
