Good prices, fast delivery, helpful customer service

It was a long wait for my custom rug, but well worth it. It is wonderful quality and absolutely beautiful. The carpet is a thick shag with colors that are rich and vibrant. I have received so many positive comments from family members who have seen it.

I found a beautiful and unique Moroccan carpet, the delivery was fast and and convenient. I am already picking out my next purchase!

I really like all of these products, they are very good quality and beautifully made!

I am so excited to have found Benisouk. Morrocan rugs are trending right now but after having perused many sources they have by far the best selection. I ordered 2 vintage rugs and 1 new. The vintage rugs are even more stunning in person - they are as pictured but there is a bit of texture that you cannot glean off the web that make them even more luxe. They feel very soft underfoot and have a good weight. I will be buying several more for the new home I'm renovating and will share pictures. The only thing I warn against is I heard from a friend the rugs shed. While that's not the case with the vintage rugs, the new rug does shed, the pile doesn't carry the same high quality as the vintage ones and looks sloppy. As far as this company goes they are top notch. The website makes it easy to browse and to save favorites before purchasing. Once I made a purchase I changed my mind about one rug and customer service immediately came to the rescue and waited until I swapped the rug out before processing my order. Once order was placed the rugs arrived quickly.

My Beni Ourain rug was well-packaged, and arrived quickly. It looks great! I was surprised that there are only tassels on one side, but I re-reviewed the ad and it's represented correctly. A few vacuums in, the rug is still shedding as expected, but it's gone down considerably!

Benisouk is a gem of a marketplace. Great products, helpful client service and very speedy (yet free!) delivery. I have already purchased two rugs and won’t stop there!

The rug I got from Benisouk was beautiful and good quality. However, it's slightly too large for my room (something I didn't have a feel for until it arrived). May have to return it, but I must say that Benisouk did a good job in terms of getting me the rug in good time, and it is a quality piece. Let's see how the return process goes, and if it goes well I'm certainly likely to purchase the replacement for this one from them!
