I made the wrong reservation date, requested to move my reservation date out by 1 day. Beneplace could not move my reservation out by 1 day. I didn't want to cancel just move my reservation out by 1 day. Beneplace could not accommodate and they are still charging me. I had to make a new reservation for the next day. I'm being charged double! I'm surprised that IBM recommends this service offering to there employee's

As a 3rd party we would need to check with the supplier and see if the order can be cancelled or changed. Please provide us with the order number and we will check and see if the date can be moved.

Booked a hotel and when i went to check on the status of hotel on the hotels website, it said my reservation was cancelled. The hotel explained to me that the virtual credit card used by beneplace was wrong so no payment went to the hotel. I called Beneplace help line about 15 times and each time they said "someone was working it and i should get an email". I received no emails besides automated emails. The call center would not transfer me to someone who could actually help. The call center seems like a fake call center as they do not even help, they just wait long enough for you to give up. It is now 2 days until my hotel stay and they are still 'working diligently' on this. This is beyond the worst customer service I ever dealt with. I will never use this scam of a company again.

No one answers phone. Customer service is hard to understand. Slight discounts through this program for hotel do no good if life happens and you have to reschedule your flight. I am going to work with hotels directly, since there is no service that supports this product. Beneplace is not providing the quality service that Exelon is probably paying for.

First of all the website mal-functioned twice. I tried calling the Beneplace customer service phone number on listed on your website. I was on hold for over 45 minutes while being subjected to the very sad depressing music that your company was playing. I finally decided to hang up and try calling the hotel. When I called the hotel they tried to charge me more than the price listed on your site. I tried calling the Beneplace customer service number again but to no avail. Finally after 3 more attempts the website worked.

The website had a glitch and I was double charged for my hotel room. When contacted they said they had to investigate and it would take 72 hours. 72 hours past the 72 hour window they still don’t have a decision, when I called back to let them know I have screen shots of what I thought I was booking they had me email them and now told me another 72 hours. For what I’m out so far this website hasn’t saved money but instead caused a big nightmare. When I spoke with the woman at the front desk of the hotel I was informed if I called and told her what the website price was most hotels will match it and it’s a much safer route so you don’t have these mix ups.

Thank you for reaching out. We’d like to clarify that both rooms were booked under the same reservation. If you proceed to check out, the total charge would reflect the cost of both rooms. The guest contacted us requesting a cancellation for one of the rooms. Since the booking was non-refundable, we needed to reach out to our partners to explore options. Thanks to the efforts of our dedicated team, we were able to get the refund approved as an exception. The guest has been informed, and the refund should be reflected in their account within 1 to 3 business days. If they have any further questions or would like a clearer explanation, they’re more than welcome to contact us directly. We're here to help and ensure their experience is a positive one.

I bought AMC tickets for 10.75 off your website. But when I redeemed them off of AMC website. It only discounted the ticket purchase by 9.69. I lost money from buying the discounted tickets on your site. that plus the taxes and fees that I was charged from both site, means I paid close to $20 more than what it would have cost me to buy the tickets directly.

We apologize but if you use their APP depending on the location the theatre can charge their own convenience fees. They can also charge for the type of movie you are watching as well. Please provide us an order number and we will investigate this matter.
