The fees are ridiculous, it’s like it didn’t matter I got a discount from work

it took me at least a dozen tries to get the system to recognize any of my email addresses in order to complete my order for a rental car. I almost gave up, but the pricing was too good. it would only recognize my g-mail. thankfully I already had one. Comcast emails are not recognized, nor are yahoo ones or my private business or my KP address. This was beyond frustrating.

Yes, the site offers discounts on experiences. I'll give them that. The bait is the ticket pricing (in this case, I purchased Regal Cinemas tickets)....$9/each for Premier E-Tickets (ordered 2). This is purely "fees." *THEN* I go to redeem the E-Tickets (thinking I'd already paid whatever surcharges may be part of the ticket). Regal wants to charge $3.60 ticket surcharge to redeem the E-Ticket in their app. Brings the unit cost per ticket to $14.80. Still saves a few bucks, but.....man.....this is a rip-off.

Bought multi-day tickets for Legoland and San Diego Zoo. Deals looked great at first blush, but tacking on 20% in "fees" made them lose their luster. It ended up being <5% cheaper than just booking directly. Not going to waste my time booking here again.

Hidden fees! Discounted ticket price was $51.90 but then they tacked on $12.99. This makes the discount much less valuable.
