After 8 days, I still have NOT received the confirmation email. I contacted AARP and they have not received anything about my rejoining. They said it may take weeks to receive it. But your website said I would receive an email confirmation within 48 hours. It's been 8 days!

Although I tried to purchase ticket protection several times the site would not allow it. I kept getting an error message stating that the purchase price and the ticket price didn't match. I emptied my cart and re-purchased several times, to no avail. Finally, I changed my selection for the free seat upgrade and ticket protection to no free seat upgrade and no ticket protection (insurance) and I was able to submit the information for purchase. This is my first time using the Beneplace.com site for a purchase and I am a little disappointed.

The quoted price per ticket for SixFlags is $2 lower than purchasing direct. BUT, fees from BENEPLACE made these tickets MORE expensive than buying direct. LAME.

Card was charged and then cancelled.

Room option was listed as refundable but when booking went thru it says "non refundable". Very angry as I would not have booked.

I have received several reminder emails to use a credit voucher for my next beneplace purchase. There was no mention that the purchase had to be within certain guidelines to be applied to my next purchase. However, when I was able to apply the credit voucher, the transaction went smoothly.

Had items in my cart actively paying and it kept declining and saying the price increased and everytime I would refresh the prices continued to go up. Very dissappointed as it ended up charging my card for the higher amount
