unclear until booked that in US$ when booking a Canadian hotel. Could have got cheaper price just by booking direct. No value in membership.

FunLife Rewards program is not good. I spent approx $1000 last year (Mar '24) on this website booking my hotel and ski rentals @ Park City UT. Somehow I only have 105 FunLife Rewards pts worth $1.05. Either you messed up the # of my FunLife Rewards pts, or this program is this cheapest rewards program out there. I'm also frustrated that the Beneplace phone reps could not research my purchases from last year to see if my account balance is accurate.

I had trouble paying for the tickets. I repeatedly received a message that said the payment didn't match the amount due. I had to empty my cart and start again for it to work.

I bought what I thought were discounted voucher for popcorn and drinks, only to still be asked to pay the balance at the register. If I was going to pay full price, there's no point prepaying for just part of it. The experience would have been better just paying one time. The vouchers clearly said they were for free drinks/popcorns and so I think It may have helped if the cashier had clear instructions on how to process them.

I was offered extra insurance on my car rental but when I went to pick up the car I was told that they would not accept it. If I didn't buy their insurance I would have 800 Euro charge on my credit card for a month.

When you review what you are ordering, the description of the item does not really state what you are buying. I was uncomfortable with the lack of clarity of the description of the item being ordered. It took me a long time going back and forth in the pages to ensure I selected the correct item before purchasing because the order summary doesn't tell you specifically what you bought. It just said, "Buy a Day Get a 2nd Day FREE Adult" - but didn't specify "a day" of what and for which location.

When opening the tab to buy concert tickets, a popup window told me to enter a code "THANKYOU10" at checkout to receive 10% off. At checkout I entered the code, and it would not apply the discount, saying it was not an active code.

There was NO flow at checkout. Despite the lag time with connecting PayPal, I still had to use my credit card and not the payment method of my choice. At final checkout, the error message of "unable to process" kept appearing, even after cookies were cleared.
