If you have an issue with the Pay Pal booking, please reach out to your service or you can call us, and a specialized agent can help you directly book items over the phone.

Easy to use, however it's cheaper to use choicehotels over whatever is used here. By almost a 20% margin in my situation.

VERY difficult to navigate with little instruction. Disney home site same price as beneplace so no discount as stated.

Please call us and we can compare the prices of what you are referring to.

I wish we would have known that the "discounted ticket" had a 22% "fee" not taxes, but fees. Hence not really the advertised discount. But at that point we had to purchase, since no information on the amount till checkout. Very unprofessional.

We apologize but we do have to charge fees in our order. Please provide us with an order number and we will gladly investigate your claim.

We show an agent already sent you the information needed and that you received your item.

You see one price and you get excited then you always add fees. It's like a bait and switch. You show one price then you have to pay another. I think that is wrong and lacks integrity.

Many items on pricing can sell out quickly. We sell thousands of hotel rooms and tickets and the price can change once someone else buys it before the other person. Taxes and fees are something else we would need to charge which is shown upon checkout.

misleading savings. Bought snorkling tickets from here bcz they said 33% off but when I called the vendor to confirm pricing it was only a 18% savings. I mean that's great that I saved but I still think their working is misleading. They don't price adjust and when I called the service agent said it's "up to 33%", but the site doesn't state that.

We apologize you did not save the amount you were expecting. As seasons change the pricing of ski resort tickets can change as well. You will see a difference in price when booking in the winter and spring break months. Thank you.

I reserved hotel rooms through beneplace- which I will never do again. I needed to shorten my trip by one day- so I called customer service. Instead of them have a system to do such a thing I spent 30 minutes on and off hold and the best the person could do was to say we had to cancel my whole reservation and start over- this very likely loosing my hotel room for the days I needed. How could they not just call the hotel they have an agreement with and just cancel the last day directly. I will try to call the hotel directly myself. Likely I will be out a days stay. Beneplace is pretty useless if you need to adjust a trip.

As a 3rd party, these bookings come directly from a supplier so in order to cancel your final sale booking, we would need to cancel it and rebook for what is needed. We do not have a way to take off a day from an original booking.
