We apologize but in terms of selling the Disney tickets, our prices are contracted with the actual partner. We sell thousands of tickets daily and have gotten praise from a lot of our guests in terms of the prices we have for our Walt Disney World Park tickets. All of the taxes and fees are shown upon check out and we can always compare prices from our website to the park's gate prices if needed. We tried to reach out to the guest, and she can call us if needed to look at the rates for the park if this is what she is referring to.

We apologize if the guest was promised a refund and did not get one. We will gladly escalate this matter to the partner if needed. We tried to locate a rental car order for this guest and were unable to find one. Please provide us with the order number and we will gladly look into this matter. Thank you.

We apologize the guest did not get the voucher. We found the guest's order and resent the voucher to follow the proper directions to get the Sam's Club membership. If the customer did not get the voucher in their email, they call us back or reach out to one of our skilled representatives for assistance. Thank you.

We apologize and can definitely understand you are trying to cancel. If the room is a non-refundable one there is a possibility, we are unable to obtain a refund from the hotel supplier. However, please provide us with the order number and we will gladly reach out to the supplier and see what can be done.

We tried to look for an order for you but were unable to find one to see if anything else can be done. If a guest books a non-refundable hotel and needs to cancel, we have to reach out to the supplier and see if a refund can be given. The hotel can stand firms with their terms of sale and so can the supplier. We spend hours working on our guest's orders to see what can be done for them.
