They booked my flights for a day later. Called to change it, they had the audacity to say changing it was going to be $2.6k on a $1800 trip. $600 to change 3 flights and $2000 to "pay the difference" because the exact same flight, same time, a day earlier was apparently $700 more per ticket. Absolute scam, don't waste your time.

Beneplace make mistake with my reservation and not willing to refund. I have to submit dispute through my credit card company in returned to get refund

Purchased hotel reservations and the reservations were not paid by beneplace. Had to pay for the hotel again upon checkout. Every time I call to check on my refund since they DID NOT PAY I get a 72 hour wait period. This has been going on for two weeks.

I had a Birthday gift bought a ticket for SeaWorld & sesame for $200 plus. However I had a family emergency and had to travel for funeral. The ticket was lost from My email and I called them to see if I can still go. They emailed me back saying they Can not accommodate or let me use my ticket. $200 plus ticket expired Just like that. the worst experience. so sad how helpless emergency situations are becoming for Companies like this. I will never buy anything from them again.

Bought tickets through them, but they added over $45 in fees. Which completely negated the benefit of this. Not worth it at all. The deal was not good as the reply below tries to state. It was $10 off each ticket, the fees made these "deal" tickets more expensive then buying them at the front gate.

The wording on tickets is confusing and cost me $65

The fact that making a reservation at a hotel is so inflexible, no refunds allowed, no changes allowed to the dates is stupid, backward, and ridiculous in the modern electronic age. It's just crappy for consumers and allows people to be ripped off.

I wasn’t able to keep my hotel reservations on 1/31 to 2/2 and I was refused a refund. I was unable to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. They took and kept my money of $333. I use Beneplace for all of my employee discounts but I won’t use them any more. The representative reassured me that I would get a credit but took the money out of my account.
