We apologize but we are unsure what 10% you are referring to. We tried to locate a proper account for you as well. Please provide us an order number and we will investigate what you are referring about.

Try to check out from one like the price that I had and would not let me pay for it. I cleared my cart and I selected the same hotel and I selected the same dates and the price went up and the second time it did let me check out. I had to pay $51 more because the price rates went up within 10 minutes.

We apologize but if there is a popular item with a great price it can be sold out during the time of you adding the item to the cart. We still have great items with awesome prices and depending on partner demand it can go up or drop in price.

Site doesn't provide discounts different from the open market.

We apologize you are not finding deals to your liking. We have a great membership base and have gotten a lot of praise for our tickets, hotels, and vouchers.

Don't buy before checking other sites. Companies fallen into this scam and offer their employees discount while most of the time you get better deals somewhere else. I purchased Disneyland tickets from beneplace later on I found out Disneyland selling tickets at same price while beneplace charges extra $39 processing fees per ticket, imagine family of 4 means paid extra $156. Hotels and cars same issue you think you're getting discount while better deals somewhere else.

We apologize you did not get the deal you were looking for. Our prices as stated on the website are a comparison with the actual gate price however we do try our best to provide our guests a better deal than the partner's website. However, due to supply and demand and certain days to which ticket pricing can be lower, there is no guarantee what deals the actual park may bring out.

UPDATE: Another DECEIVING reply from this DECEITFUL company…DUH!!! People get their tickets through 3rd party for a reason so you can’t compare to directly price with Universal…You’re a 3rd party do you HAVE to compare to ANOTHER 3rd party…The other discount site DOESN’T charge ANY fees so their OVERALL TOTAL price was cheaper…c’mon read all the other complaints, they are all saying the same thing…get some reality check…there is nothing else to discuss or hear more deceit or excuses. Just like the other reviews here, I hastily purchased tickets to Universal Studios. What a BIG HUGE GIANT mistake. The fake lower price is bait to lure you in. In reality, the fees made the price higher than another site that I had access to as well. I would highly discourage people from using this site so that deceiving businesses like this can go out of business. Air is so precious and to waste them on people associated with this company is such a shame.

We appreciate the opportunity to speak. We actually compared the price and date of what the guest bought to the partner's website, and she is saving more than $40.00 right now compared to what the park has. We apologize that savings are not to her liking, but she is more than welcome to call us back to discuss.

Don't waste your money or time. They are horrible. They never have cars available. We go to the place and we had a reservation we waited an hour before the manager came out to say very rudely we have no cars available the wait will be 2 to 3 hours. Didnt even apologize. I paid for the car with my sons card when I get to the place I explained to them I had lost my debit card and they took my money and won't refund it. Even if I had my card they had no cars available that's the whole point of making reservations. I don't recommend this place.

We apologize the rental car company did not have any cars available for you when you went to the location. Please provide us an order number and we can investigate this matter with the supplier.

This is my first time to buy a ticket on Beneplace.com. The website showed in the beginning big discounts for Universal Studios Hollywood theme park ticket comparing with the original price ($125 instead of $139) but in reality at the check out "Beneplace.com" add more Tax and Fees (7.31%) which raise the final discounted price to almost the same than the original price without discount ($134.95 instead of $139). On Universal Studios Hollywood website there is ONLY one price and no Tax and Fees added, the ticket price you see will be the ticket price you pay at the end. I think it is not an honest practice from "Beneplace.com", don't show a fake big discount in the beginning and add more Tax and fees at the end. I'm very disappointed for my first experience.

We apologize but fees are something we would need to charge which is shown upon check-out. As we try to give our members the best deals possible the partner can lower their prices on certain days due to demand and inventory. We apologize the guest did not have a great buying experience in terms of savings, but we can always compare the prices if the guest were to reach out to us.
