Good product, good price. Ordered directly from bendpak, cut out the middle man. Saved myself hundreds.

So far very poor customer service.

Purchased a GP7 in early 2019 . The free shipping wouldn't work for me due to my garages access and I didn't plan to assemble the lift with a fork lift . I eventually used my own trailer and picked up the lift from the Santa Paula factory which was only 1 1/2 hours away . Initial assembly hit it's first snag as the supplied instruction were apparently incorrect and I was advised to down load updated instructions from the internet . These instruction still didn't give me enough info to determine which side was the lifts power side as both posts were symmetrical and there were many steps that didn't relate to this specific lift . I ended up picking a post with the safety decals as the power side . While installing the power unit it was discovered that the pumps hydraulic fittings were incorrect . I purchased the correct fittings for the hard lines locally at $ 8. Once assembled , my electrician had problems with way the mag starter was wired as it constantly blew the breakers . Reworking the control button wiring solved that problem , only to have the limit micro switch fail immediately . The lift now operates , time to assemble the arms , but the locking gears won't engage because the tolerance is too tight . A little milling of the bolt holes into a slight slot cured this problem . Over all the GP 7 size is great from my home shop , seems to operate fine once all the bugs were sorted out and is nice looking . I was hoping for a made in USA unit from a So.Cal. manufacture only to find the BendPak GP7 is from China .

Well-made and functions as Advertised. All parts and components arrived and packaged in a manner that was easy to identify and inventory. Only real criticism is instruction sheet could use some improvement.

My experience with Bendpak was GREAT I recieved all the help that was needed to get the right products we needed. The lifts we purchased work perfect. Thanks again Bendpak for your quality equipment and all you have done.
