I sent in an issue with the lift I received and never heard back

Great lift but the instructions online should come in the box the instructions in the box are terrible.

Your tech team did a great job of checking out my self installation of my lift. They corrected my mistakes without judgement of my work and made sure everything worked correctly. They replaced several anchor bolts that didn’t torque to spec and showed me how to maintain the lift. Everything is working great.

Not at all impressed for what is supposed to be a great US company and indicative of what is wrong with America. You took my money, did not send the product, I chased and chased and your lack luster "customer support" kept closing out the tickets faster than rabbit reproduce claiming I was contacting the "wrong" dept (it was the ONLY contact that was provided in cases like this). It wasnt until I said I was going to hunt down the owner of the company and then start calling him at home did I start to get anywhere. A nice man then did contact me, apologies out the ying yang but who cares about that, just do what you said you were going to do. I did ask for a tracking number, multiple times, bec product was being sent to a freight forwarder for overseas delivery and that is how I can track goods while on the boat/through the process but agian another thing that was not provided. It is a pretty simple process. I pay, you send, you answer properly when something doesnt work out, and you listen to those giving you money.

Advertising and selling product you don't actually have and don't know when you'll have it sucks. Charging for it up front, letting me pay intrest without any product in hand is just wrong.
