I had a great experience with Golf Daddy. Although, it was not exactly what my son and I were looking for, I did have very good graphics and great looking golf courses. We decided to return the Golf Daddy. I clicked on the refund button and was sent right away to Coach Mark. Coach made the whole return process so easy. I had several questions and of course they were not at the same time. Mark answered each question quickly and professionally. I will definitely continue to watch out for all Benchmark products and tell all my golf friends about Benchmark products and how GREAT I was treated by Benchmark representative Mark. Mark helped me out. A part of the bracket that holds the cell phone. What's missing a piece? And he shipped out a brand new tripod to replace. Just that little bracket . So far so good on customer service.

Well i ordered this as a birthday present, expecting it to be here before then, coach mark explained that they only do shipping on weekdays, Coach mark really helped me see the delivery process a bit more clearly thanks coach mark.
