This review is concerning service ticket CS-19018. I was very impressed with the speed with the initial response to my issue. Mark struck the right tone with his concern and acknowledgement of the problem. He expedited the issue up quickly and always answered my emails. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction and I'm very happy with the Golf at Home product and customer service "Coach" Mark provided.

I purchased a benchmark golf daddy and absolutely love. When I was closing the tri pod one for the legs broke. I immediately contacted the company and within minutes I got a response from Coach Mark. He asked me to take a picture of the tri pod and send it back to him. I few hours later he sent me an email saying they were sending me a new one! I couldn’t have asked for better help! Coach Mark was really helpful with my order . We had some shipping issues yet he was able to resolve them easily.
