Coach Mark did exactly what I needed once I finally got connected with him. He was prompt and efficient. The problem I had was my fault and he was very understanding and patient with me. I wish it had not been so difficult a process (3 days) finding and getting to him. Golf Daddy should streamline that process as I found it difficult to follow.

Coach Mark responded quickly and ensured I’d have product in time and was happy to help with any further questions. Great Service

Fast and easy return

I was helped promptly by Coach Mark when my pad wasn't quite as expected and they made it right. The product is awesome and I'm seeing improved striking in a very short time.

Coach Mark got back with me in record time and solved my problem instantly. I appreciate his speedy response and his loyalty to your company, you have a gem in Mark he cares about the customers who support your business.

I reached out unsure where my order even was, and Coach Mark took it from there. He tracked it down, confirmed the details, and sent me the full tracking information so I wasn't left guessing. He was patient, professional, and stayed with it until everything was resolved — no runaround, no canned answers. That kind of ownership is rare in customer service. Whoever's reading this: Coach Mark is the standard. Promote him.
