I have ordered 3 times from here. The first x I received a broken tile and they replaced it with a new one, but we asked for the wrong thing. When we wanted to exchange it, we couldn't w/o paying for it since it was our fault this x. Also, their descriptions aren't clear, I accidently ordered too thick of ones that I can't use or return.The 2nd time they even sent a picture of the 2x2 tiles that would go good with my border, but they sent a different little flower design instead. Then when I ordered the pencil thin trim, I was given the 1/2 in. trim & now I have ordered more so I have enough if I go with a different configuration & I may get the right stuff but now it won't match & it's too close to my tiling time to change. Some of it's my fault b/c I shipped it to a different place than where I live to double check it faster, but if there weren't mistakes that wouldn't have been a problem. Shipping cost is outrageous, too.

The tile I ordered is beautiful, just as I was hoping for. It seems like it is good quality. When I emailed to ask about other product availability I got a response, with pictures, within minutes. I am very impressed with beltile and hope to have an opportunity to use their products again.

Love Beltile! They found some marble I had been looking for all over. It was a beautiful variation and I was so pleased. Their customer service is amazing!

Wonderful tiles offered and very responsive Staff. The tiles we ordered were shipped promptly by DHL and trackable. Most were in great condition. Beltile was fantastic in quickly replacing the few that had arrived cracked. Thanks so much!
