I had to have multiple shipments sent. Every shipment was extremely damaged. It seems like they cut corners on packaging and using the cheapest carrier. The tiles were average quality. I should have used someone else.

We are so sorry about the damage. Due to your issue we will be considering removing that product from the catalog because of the problems with damage.

Samples did not math the tile needed. I needed 1 1/2" hexagon gloss. Trying to macth to 1990 era

Unfortunately we can't guarantee samples will match existing tiles. The 1inch sample that was ordered will not match that size unfortunately.

We found some trim tile on the site that we wanted for a backsplash we were putting up. They would not sell the trim piece without selling the base tile. Part of me understands this policy. However, I am not going to pay $200.00+ in freight for tile I can pick up locally. We figured something else out.

Hi we are sorry that we were not able to fulfill your order. We do our best to ensure this information is provided in the product description. For the tiles you requested it did state we cannot ship these trim pieces separate from the field tiles. I am glad you were able to figure out another option.

I have ordered 3 times from here. The first x I received a broken tile and they replaced it with a new one, but we asked for the wrong thing. When we wanted to exchange it, we couldn't w/o paying for it since it was our fault this x. Also, their descriptions aren't clear, I accidently ordered too thick of ones that I can't use or return.The 2nd time they even sent a picture of the 2x2 tiles that would go good with my border, but they sent a different little flower design instead. Then when I ordered the pencil thin trim, I was given the 1/2 in. trim & now I have ordered more so I have enough if I go with a different configuration & I may get the right stuff but now it won't match & it's too close to my tiling time to change. Some of it's my fault b/c I shipped it to a different place than where I live to double check it faster, but if there weren't mistakes that wouldn't have been a problem. Shipping cost is outrageous, too.
