I ordered a sweat shirt for my granddaughter on 11/24/15 and the money was withdrawn from my bank on 11 27/15, It was to be a Chanukah gift for her. It arrived a couple of days before Christmas, and we do celebrate both holidays. It was a frustrating long wait and it was made worse because there is no way to call and speak to a customer service representative. I ordered this in plenty of time and they got my money right away but I had to wait nearly a month for delivery, She did love the shirt and we are happy with the product but I don't know if I would order again from this company

It was expensive, it arrived after more than a month, and finally the sleeves were too short. Indeed, even with a 35% discount, it still had cost me over 80$, which is really expensive for a single sweatshirt. I ordered it on November 27th and I've been told multiple times that if I ordered before December 8th I would receive my order before Christmas and I didn't (got it on Dec 30). That didn't really bother me, but still, for the price and time I expected a good quality for the print and the sweatshirt itself. The image printed on the collar wasn't aligned with the rest, the two sleeves are not the same length, and both of the sleeves are too short. Oh and the sizing is so weird! Is it only made for like tiny fat persons? Because it really is large (almost too large, but I don't really care since it's a sweatshirt), the body is a bit too short, and so are the sleeves! Even if I would have ordered a larger size, an extra ½ inch is not enough for a sleeve to be long enough!! Can you please work on that? Overall, I was just really disappointed. I did not put one star only because I was answered fast when I sent an email, and I like the quality of the printed image (bright colors, doesn't look like they're going to fade away the first time the sweatshirt's going to be washed).

Ordered a shirt on there site said it would be here 4-7 days. Showed up 3 weeks later. So I sent an email regarding this to see if I could get some sort of reimbursement but never got a reply back to my email. They should put a more accurate timeframe on the website. Had high hopes for this company they got some cool stuff.

No complaint on prior purchases, I'm patient and I know these are made to order. Ordered a shirt on 12/17 that was "Ready to Ship" with 2-3 day shipping. Didn't get here in time for Christmas (I get it, my fault for procrastinating, no big deal) so I asked for a credit so I could order a shirt the person might want more and not be limited to the "Ready to Ship" options. Received no response on this. Still hadn't heard anything on Jan 2nd. I get it holidays are busy but at this point I'd just prefer a refund so I requested the order be cancelled. Still have not heard word one about this on 01/13/16. No refund has been credited to my account and no t-shirt has showed up. Nothing. Nearly a month later and I haven't heard anything about my "Ready to Ship" shirt. I'll probably shop again but my expectations would be quite low anywhere near the holidays.

Great Customer service. The item took a month to get to my house. Once there, the swestern did not fit. It was going to take too long to get a size exchange, so I decided to give it away.

Took 3-weeks to get get shipping information and only after 2 emails to customer service for an update. Confirmation email advising that the order had been processed, had a link for order updates that provided "no" information other than the order number. Nice products, but online customer experience needs major improvements.

Had a Problem with shiüping that was impossible to be solved by myself, so I wrote a Mail to belovedshirts Support. I didnt get an answer, just the refund. Now i cant PayPal anymore, so I can order a shirt because i dont own a Credit card.

Love the products from this company, but the customer service needs some serious work. I've been trying to communicate with someone at the company for about 2 weeks now about a return and haven't received a response back. There's no phone number to call either. I'm sure if I had a normal return situation it could work smoother, but mine is a bit different. I'll spare the details here but a simple 5 minute response to my email would fix the situation... I really hope they get back to me as I'd like to keep buying from them... If you're reading this beloved please respond back to me. My order number is: #60951
