I will probably never be buying from Beloved again. It took them almost a month and a half to deliver 1 t-shirt. I emailed and called them at least 5 times and each time they gave the answer of "oh it'll be there in a couple days." When your website clearly says devilery in 7 to 10 days then it should be delivered in that time frame, not almost 2 months later! The shirt liked great but the delivery hastle was not nesscasy.

I waited patiently over the Christmas period for my hoodie and when I received it I was disappointed. The design didn't line up on the side where the front and back meet. I sent a request for a return and full refund over 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back since.

I've had multiple bad experiences with Beloved. The only reason I keep coming back is because I like the quality of the tshirts. My most recent problem was when I placed an order on Black Friday November 27th. I did not receive my order till the day after Christmas and even then it was only part of my order. It took until January 13th (today as I write this) to receive the rest of my order. 47 days??? But this isn't the first time this has happened. The same thing happened last year as well. I've also had problems with sizing. I ordered a size Large tshirt and what I received had the dimensions of Medium. Sizing seems to vary and when I complained I was offered a refund but I had to pay to ship it back.

I will say I received the product as ordered. Just don't expect any updates from the company on the status of your order until it actually ships. Several emails were ignored

Everything is very cool but the shipping is terrible every order I've mad either took months to get here or got lost

Ordered $50 long sleeve shirt on Dec 7, 2015....instructed on order confirmation page to return to that page for updates. I have returned to that page on numerous occasions for updates. No change re: status. I have no idea if and when this order will be filled. I have had similar issues with this online company in the past ...but decided to give them one more try this holiday season as their product is quite popular with family and friends for whom I have purchased in the past. But having to apologize to those same people for delay in gift receipt is embarrassing and a hassle to say the least. I am completely dissatisfied.

Overall, they're not upfront with a lot of things. Misleading shipping times, promising Christmas delivery but not delivering until mid January, hard to contact Customer Service. Also, I feel like the sizing is inconsistent.

Made two orders, never heard from the company again after payment. I received my order within a month (without shipping notification) but it took 8. MONTHS. for my nephew to receive the second order. I emailed during this time asking about the delay, never heard anything. Great product, awful customer service, terrible communication.
