I understand they custom make most, if not all, orders, but it really is a pain waiting 8-weeks for clothing.

The quality of my shirt is incredible; however, I will say it took QUITE a while to come in. While I didn't wait as long as some of the customer reviews had mentioned, 4 weeks with faulty customer service numbers did not make it the easiest to track my package. I do understand, though, this is a small company and a slam of orders can be overwhelming. I was highly pleased with the result and will order from this company again but with more advance now that I know what to expect.

It took my doughnut sweatshirt about a month and a half to get to my house when I just live 30 minutes away. I finally got it and tried it on and it was awkwardly too small. Sad cause i really liked the sweatshirt. I honestly think the price of the sweatshirt was not worth it. Haven't bought anything from there ever since.

Online purchase experience was mostly slick and friction-less. Garment sizing chart does not seem to distinguish between children's and adult's sizing and in the end we just took a chance. Shipping time was vaguer and notification of the order shipping didn't arrive for a few weeks. Order eventually arrived after a few weeks and additional brokerage was charged (about 30% of the garment's cost).

I enjoy the products this company offers. Was very uneasy about purchasing anything due to reviews I read about items not being received. I also do not like that if you make an order for multiple items there is a chance they aren't shipped at the same time and the time between the shipments was ridiculous. I can see what the company is aiming for but I think they need to hire a few more people. Receiving an email response for multiple inquires took 2-3 business days. The responses were very nice and tried to make me feel at ease ( I was very excited for my package and it was 3 weeks late on arrival) about actually receiving my merchandise. Print-to-order is really cool but you need to have the capacity to grow as your company grows. My sweater was awesome and it was a great buy!

I really liked the look of the tank top but was suprised by the quality and finish of the fabric. Not worth the price I paid.

My kids LOVE their products. LOVE. They wash well they and are true to size. They colors and patterns are fabulous. HOWEVER, we ordered 3 shirts for christmas in NOVEMBER. I started emailing them (they have no phone number for customer service) about 3 weeks after I ordered them because they were not delivered and no shipment email had been sent. 2 of the shirts arrived the day before Christmas, again with no email communication. One shirt was not sent. I still have not received that Christmas gift. I did FINALLY, after psycho emailing them, receive a "good news" your shirt has been shipped. I do not have it at this point (it is January 13). Again, love their product but they have TERRIBLE customer service. What company doesn't have a phone number??????? Very frustrated consumer.

The quality of the product was good. But I ordered my 2 items in November 2015 and they didn't arrive until January 2016. I understand it was the holidays but 2 months, when I'm paying alot to have it shipped, is way too long.
