Being from Canada..... We love the uniqueness of the shirts!!!! Did not like the shipping time! I ordered the first week of November and got them 4 days before Christmas. My next order was last week of November and I got it the first weekend in January. My orders from China came quicker! Also was not impressed with having to pay $40 for shipping and then another $40 at the post office. Again didn't have to pay extra for my China orders. But the shirts are great!

Very good styles and designs of clothing but delivery services takes a long time

I've ordered several thing from Beloved over the past year/ year +half and have always been thrilled to death with their unique products! My last order left me sad. The products them selves were still perfect but the delivery/time was not. I know the drill by now with busy Christmas season so around Black Friday I purchased two "ready to ship" items. Which by my understanding is that they are already made and I do not have to wait extra time. I specifically choose these items because they were gifts that had to go out exactly a week before Christmas. They were not shipped until the 18th, which was later in the week before Christmas. So needless to say it left me and the gift recipient disappointed and a had nothing to give on Christmas :( Order with plenty of time! But you won't be disappointed with the epicness.

So I decided to buy a northern lights hoodie from Beloved Shirts, I mean they had one in my size in stock at a cheaper than usual price. Supposedly there was no problem with the product other than it didn't need to made to order (someone had returned it or canceled their order I guess), but to be honest I really hope there actually was something wrong with mine and that's why I got it cheaper. It would at least explain some major fuckups with the hoodie. Firstly, the fabric is awful, yes it's soft, but it has a low thread density and is horribly synthetic and is a bad idea if you want to wear it for the actual cold and not just as a fashion statement. Secondly, the seams are so far from seamless it's silly. With overall print apparel it is important that things align somewhat properly so that it looks like a cohesive image. This was not the case with my hoodie, every single seam does not match the image on the following appendage. It's something I could understand between the front and the back, but on the sleeves and in armpits as well? Come on! You can do much better. Especially at that price. And lastly, the hem on the bottom was friggen inverted! When I twist it around you can clearly what was supposed to be on the outside. In the end, would I recommend BS? No, I would not. Get your graphic apparel from someone who puts more detail into their work. Even if it comes at a price premium.

I had placed an order for a ready to ship item. After a week of no update to my order or a shipment confirmation, I contacted customer service. It took five days and three emails to get a response in which they didn't apologize or even really answer my concerns. I did receive my order on time (meaning, the day before Christmas Eve), however, with their claimed ship times, then being in the same state as me, and their 'ready to ship' status on this item, it wasn't delivered 'on time' at all. Between their lack of customer service response time and inaccuracy of their item status, I will not be ordering from them again. I only gave it three stars because I was able to have the item ready for Christmas, but just barely.

Their products are so great! But they have horrible time of getting you your order on time. Getting a hold of someone to check your order status is also hard.

I waited up until 2am EST for the black friday sale so I could purchase a ready-to-ship item for my boyfriend. Ready-to-ship items are supposed to ship out in 3 days. 3 days pass, 0 communication from Beloved, no status update. I emailed customer service, they apologized for the delay on the 4th day, and gave me an additional discount. 2 weeks goes by, still no update. I send another e-mail, this time they are waiting on the manufacturer. The item was listed as ready-to-ship, therefore it was already supposed to be manufactured? No response to my email that time. Another week goes by, finally an update. Your order is being shipped. Received the item after Christmas, when in one of my email exchanges Ben said it will be there on time. After all I ordered 1 month in advanced for an item that was supposed to ship out in 3 days. So got it on the 28th, and was unimpressed with the quality of the garment. White stitching on a black sweater, when you move your arms you can see the seams stretch, the fabric is so thin. At least the print is nice. After this painful experience, ill just shop elsewhere.

I ordered a shirt on 27th November for a Christmas gift but didn't receive it till the end of December. The shirt itself is nice, good quality, but with postage and import duties it has turned out to be the most expensive t shirt I have ever bought. I know they company were busy in the run up to Christmas but it was left to me to chase it up with them as to where it was, what was the delay, etc.Anand they kept promising it would be sent soon and would arrive in plenty of time, but after about 6 email exchanges they finally admitted that it wouldn't arrive in time so I had to go I it and spend even more on an alternative gift . As I say, nice shirt but shame about the delays.
