The product is in high demand! Especially during holiday seasons. However, there was little contact about the status of the order. Additionally, when I asked about where my order was and gave the order number in the email, I was responded with an email asking for the order information. I had a hard time reaching anyone at the company and since they do not have a phone number you really have to rely on the email communication. Which was lacking. The product I received was incredible. It was amazing and well designed. Looks great quality and well made. It just took several weeks to receive and a lot of stress on the consumers part.

Terrible customer service...We placed a large order and paid for it in November. It's now the end of January and still waiting on more then half the order. No one to call and find out what is happening... Only an email approximately every 3-4 weeks-if I'm lucky...

Had ordered several times in the past and planned to continue. Ordered two small items for Christmas, only one of which was in the envelope. I emailed several times over the subsequent few weeks with no response. About halfway through January I received a terse reply that the missing item was being re-sent to my location, but I've yet to see this arrive. I've always been happy with Beloveds products, but don't think I'll ever be able to order from them again.

The ordered Hoodie arrived in a bad condition although it was quiet expensive. But still the 2nd ordered item arrived damageless.

I bought 2 hoodies from them a 2x wich fit me but I wanted a bigger one for snowboarding so I got a 3x, I bought it on a promotion it was like 30% off if it was in stock and it ships that day well a month went by and no package so I wrote to them wondering where it was and a week later they say it should be sent out today and it was much smaller than the 2x so I wrote to them to see if I could get an exchange they said it would be no problem as long as it was within 14 days of the delivery, they sent the message 15 days after I wrote to them. Just a little bit of bull not too happy

I have ordered from Beloved before and it was great. But I decided to order some shirts and sweaters. The delivery date was off by over a month. I was told incorrect information about where my package was. I then received my items. Two of the shirts I really wanted were marked the wrong size so I can't wear them. I was going to mail them back but I remembered how long it took me to get the product in the first place and I didn't want to go through that again. I used to like ordering from Beloved. Now, I probably won't order from them again because of this. Also, dont tell me the duty will only be $17 when it really was $56.

I had made a previous purchase (a galaxy shirt) and it was great! I loved it so much I thought I'd do a custom order on their black friday sales! Almost two months later and I still haven't received anything, not even an e-mail that it has been shipped. I have reached out to try and see where it is but I have only gotten one response a month ago. Nothing since. Hopefully when it gets here I can have a better review because I think the merchandise is really great! Until then, I am disappointed.

They make great clothes, bu the hassle the get them is too great. It took me over a month for an order of mine to ship. It was ordered on Black Friday intended as a Christmas present, but didn't show up until New Years. When it showed up, it was a size too small. The measurements were way off from what the website says. If you are to order from there, order a size larger, they seem to run small.
