I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas. (She has a Beloved wolf sweatshirt from last year that she loves). She asked for Aurora skies, and that's what I ordered. After a long wait for arrival (I kind of expected that since I already know you are notorious for slow delivery), we received Aurora glow instead. I contacted Beloved and was told to send it back, and that there is no exchange, I would just have to order again to get the product I wanted. I had to ask for a return shipping label, not sure if I was actually expected to pay for shipping ? Status.... shirt was sent back, waiting for refund, new shirt was ordered, waiting for shirt. Overall, very cool product! Love what you're doing and your originality! Don't love your slow shipping and lackluster customer service!

I got a cool sweater, and the print is very nice. The quality of the textile is not as nice: very thin and synthetic. This was a bit dissapointing, but ok

Got a hoodie and at shirt. The designs are really cool. When I went to pick up my order I was surprised to find I owed duty, about $30! (It was mentioned in the fine print somewhere) I've ordered many us products online and have never had that happen....$135 for a hoodie and a Tshirts is mighty steep!

The product was exactly what I ordered but I ordered it on one size too small, I have tried to return it for the last 2 weeks and am getting no response from any of their contact resources.

The blanket was a great gift to a friend but it just costed SOOOO much. Lower prices please :)

The product it self is good but it takes them forever to actually get it to you. It look me like 31 days to get my hoodies. They are awesome hoodies though

To start, I love this company. The products are awesome and I was beyond satisfied with my first order. However, the service of delivering the orders through has been poor. I ordered two items on Black Friday, guaranteed to arrive by Christmas (which did not happen), and it is now January 13th and the order is still unfulfilled. Because I don't like to complain I'll stop there but other than that, this company is really awesome!!

The products are unique and well made IMO, but I ordered a product on December the 1st and still have yet to receive it, or a status update from the company. They really need more staff, was disappointing not to have the product for christmas.
