i never even got to hold the item i ordered because there was a c.o.d. on my package. i payed around 50 bucks for the item and almost the same amount for shipping. then a surprise 30 bucks to top it. 100+ is far to much to pay just for a sweater. don't you think?

Paid for speedy shipping and it is 2 weeks late. I wrote them and I still have not heard back from them. Can't say I like the product because I still haven't received it.

My sweater I ordered came 2 months after I ordered it. I got mad because I was emailing Zac back and forth but it took forever to send me a tracking number. I am very disappointed.

I placed two orders for "ready to ship" items on 12/18/15. These orders were delivered 2/13/16 and 2/17/16. This is totally unacceptable for items that were ready to leave their facility. All communication was initiated by me and took multiple follow-ups to get answers. After I asked to cancel for a refund, customer service offered to refund a % off. The refund was processed the same day. I give them two stars because they tried to compensate for their lack of customer service. The items are good, but not worth all of the hassle.

My sweatshirt was shipped until I inquired what was taking so long. The sweatshirt does not look like what I ordered. I will be returning it.

Placed an order for a single t-shirt 12/18/15. Was charged for it on 12/19/15. On 1/11/16 emailed for update on status and to change shipping address (as I was now at my winter home for 5 mos). Heard nothing. 1/28/15 emailed again for an update. Again heard nothing. 2/6/16 emailed one more time for status. On 2/10/16 received notice that item had shipped...SADLY, though, to my old address. So now I need to hope that the U.S. mail will forward the package so that my son will possibly receive this in time for his May birthday! Never Again, Beloved. Sorry.

Ordered a 'Fierce Tiger Belovesie' size S and the print doesn't fit very well, the tigerhead is cut and shortened in the middle and i think 100$+ is way too expensive for this. But the size fits well and its comfortable to wear. I now call it 'Retardsie'.

Lisa thank you for your review on the Fierce Tiger Belovesie. The sizing issue with the tigerhead has been noted. Individual Belovesies are hand made and it is definitely subjected to manufacturing mistakes. To craft one Belovesie it takes 30 minutes to print it and an hour and a half to sew. This is of course not counting cutting the fabric and heat pressing process. There is a lot of attention and time that goes into crafting a belovesie and that is why they are priced $129.99.

We placed an order for several items on Black Friday. Sadly, even with that lead time, we didn't get this order in until well after Christmas! And the sizing clothing items did not fit like our previous orders. When my son contacted your facility, it took several weeks before hearing back. The shopping experience was just very frustrating and difficult.
