Emailed three times about a Christmas gift, I paid for in full, three weeks before the holiday. NO RESPONSES!!!

I had ordered from this company once before last year and had a lovely experience. The product came in a timely matter and was amazing! This year I ordered on Cyber Monday, November 30th, and it still has not arrived and it is Christmas Eve. When I ordered it said to expect 14 days for delivery. After 16 days of waiting I decided to contact them to see what was going on, since it doesn't let you track your item. Nobody responded to my email for 5 days, and even then nothing was answered in my email. All that was said in the email was "what's your order number". I emailed back immediately and still have yet to hear back. I am extremely angry about it. It's unacceptable and ridiculous that it has taken this long and I still have not received the product, heard back from the company, and have no way of tracking my order. I will never order from this company again. Don't order from this company. The point of cyber Monday is to get deals for Christmas and this company made you feel confident that would happen. HUGE LET DOWN.

I made an order for a sweatshirt in the middle of August. I originally intended it to be a birthday present for November. We are now on the 19th December, I still haven't received my product and I won't even get it for Christmas now. Emailed their customer services, they said they couldn't open the picture I sent them and could I resend it. I did so, alongside asking them that if this was the case then why has no one been in contact to let me know? I have since received no further contact. I'm $75 out of pocket, I've waited over 4 months for my product, and received no communications. Quite honestly the worst company I have ever ordered from. Don't bother trying to buy anything, waste of time and money. Shameful.

I only wish I had read the customer reviews before placing an order. My order on November 24 was guaranteed to ship in 7 days, and I have yet to receive a confirmation of shipment. All requests for info to the customer service department, end up with a form letter, usually sent days later, guaranteeing my order to be shipped this week. I guess, I've started my 2016 Christmas shopping early!

I didn't receive my goods yet, 5 months was past after ordering! They cause a problem about shipment, so I have contacted them. But the problem isn't solved and now they're ignoring my mails. They are just swindlers.

They take forever IF they ever respond to my emails. I just want what I paid for. Their customer service can't do much and they won't follow through with their duty as I have to email them every step of the way just to get an update. My package is overdue months.

This company is horrible. Almost no customer service and customer service they do have doesn't get back To you for weeks. Im so dissapointed. Still haven't got anything. Hate this company. You spend nearly 100$ for disappointment. ..

The only reason I am giving 1 star, is because 0 stars is not an option. I ordered my mothers Christmas present DECEMBER 5th 2014 I was GAURENTEED to be here by Christmas 2014. I still do not have it. Seriously? Whoever is running things here needs to be fired. Its laughably pathetic. I do not encourage anyone to ever purchase anything EVER from this company. Each time i send an email asking about my order, its takes over a week or to get a response, and the response says that my order is coming within the next few weeks. Its now mid-March, its been multiple 'few weeks". Ive never had this bad of service anywhere. Maybe Ill have her present by this Christmas.............
