My son loved his shirt...the only thing he said could be different was getting it faster!!!

I ordered a hoodie on January 28,2016 and finally received it March 7! I did have ongoing contact from company but only after I initiated request after 3 weeks of waiting. Loved the product but think over a month is not an acceptable shipping timeframe.

the facebook updates is a really interesting and handy tool. everything was perfect and great although (and i might not remember what shipping i paid for, but i'm pretty sure it was 2 day) shipping was a bit slow. my only complaint!

Shipping takes too long but great products.

Took the sweater about 3 months to get to its destination but honestly it's probably ups fault. They were incredibly helpful and did their best to help me get my gift to my friend.

Great products, delivery time was a bit long but considering I'm on another continent thats no surprise. I will order again sometime.

I love the two items I ordered. They are high quality, comfortable, and I customized them with photos that I love, and they turned out really close to the image I created on the website. However, I ordered my products January 26th, hoping I would receive them in time for Valentines Day and I didn't receive them until March 3rd. The website warns that it takes up to TWO WEEKS to process custom orders. Mine took more than twice that long. The products are great, but give yourself plenty of time. Also, I wanted to show my Valentine what I ordered since I didn't get the gift in time, and there is no way to see pictures of what you've ordered right now. That would be great.
