I got mostly good quality products both times I ordered but Both orders took about two months to arrive from the time I ordered them. Also one of the T-shirts was very low resolution and is hard to tell what it is up close.

Shipping is brutally slow.Still waiting to receive my itmes and its been more than two full weeks since I ordered

I waited about three weeks before I got my order, which I was aware of, and when it finally came in it was the wrong size. The shirt was a great quality and would have been very happy with it if it had been the correct size. The exchange process seems like a hassle, so make sure you try to get what you want. Again, love the shirt, just bummed my order was messed up and there's not a convenient way to get it corrected.

I said before I never received my order, and never been refunded. However, I talked with Ben who works in custom support and he told me that Matt was trying to refund me but it didn't work because of their software security, attaching a screenshot of the attempt. After a few days, I finally got refunded. You have to "push" a little bit to get an answer from them, but they'll do their best to answer your request once they get in touch with you.

My experience was good but my daughters was not. She's been waiting for 2 months for her order of 2 pizza pants to be fulfilled, which it still has not as of yet. My order was completed as expected.

I ordered products for my son, who is a very big young man. Unfortunately the shirts will probably not last long since the largest size you guys carry is 3x. Please look into extending your sizes to 4x or 5x. Your products are not inexpensive, so to pay much for your products and they end up shrinking and not able to be of use is a waste.

I ordered two sweatshirts in the same size. When they arrived they were both labelled the same but were visibly very different in size. An email to the customer service team revelaed that this was a reoccuring issue they were aware of. Unusual to say the least....

Even though I followed the sizing chart my sweater was much smaller than expected and I would have had to pay return shipping which left me somewhat unsatisfied
