On the website it said that if you placed your order before a certain date in early December (can't remember the exact date) then it would guarenteed be here by Christmas. I ordered a pizza blanket for my nephew for Christmas and placed the order on Nov. 27th and it came 2 weeks after Christmas. I emailed the company inquiring about the status and they just ignored it. I have had eBay products coming from China that came sooner than this. Something coming from America to Canada should not take a month and a half to arrive. I will say though, the blanket was a really soft material and the pizza pattern was great. Although it was a good product, dealing with the company honestly was not worth it and I will DEFINITELY not be doing so in the future.

Absolutely awful
I'm starting to think that Beloved Shirts is a company of just one person, who is struggling to fill orders and get them shipped, answer customer service emails, and maintain a social media presence. Since I know this is not the case, I can't muster any sympathy for this company.
I placed my order the day before the cutoff date for Christmas delivery, and since I was worried about the tight timeline, I ordered another, slightly different, sweatshirt, one that was advertised via mass email (as well as on the website) as in-stock and ready to ship.
Once you place your order, you are completely in the dark regarding your order's status - no email updates, no way to track your order, NOTHING. I sent an email to customer service just to get an idea of when I might expect my original order. Six days later (long enough that I had forgotten I had even emailed customer service) I received a generic response that my order would be sent out within the next few days. Hours later, I received a mass email stating that my order would not be finished in time for Christmas. Why wasn't this said to me in the original customer service email?
I sent customer service another email, this time asking if the Christmas delay pertained to items that were advertised as ready to ship. I never got a response. I cancelled both my orders on December 29. One nice thing that I will say is that my refund was issued very quickly (oh yeah - Beloved has zero problem charging your credit card right away).
I like supporting small businesses, but I have no patience supporting a business that LIES. You cannot advertise something as in-stock and ready to ship in 1-3 days if you have no intention of actually shipping the item. I know people like to complain about Amazon, but I know the status of my order at every step of the way when ordering with them.
The icing on the cake? Beloved posted a photo on Instagram of the KARDASHIANS in their Beloved apparel on Christmas morning. It's good to know that the people who truly matter received their order in time!

Terrible
Ordered a Hoodie for my wife on the 18th of December and I have had 2 emails saying it was going to be sent and they were really sorry. And I have yet to hear back or receive anything from the company. How can this be legal and how do we shut this company down from doing this to others. I am very disappointed. I paid for this hoodie in hopes to get it for my wife and I was so excited about it. And now I don't feel like I will get what u paid for.

Unacceptable! Beware!
Why is it Beloved can keep social media updated but fails to respond to countless customer service complaints? On Twitter they claim emails may have been "accidentally skipped over" or shipments will arrive "soon" because of unexpected delays. Beloved you are stealing from customers by ignoring their issues. Phone numbers on the BBB and on my credit card merchant charge are linked to Google voice or no longer in service, which gives me the impression there is nobody home. This business is not practicing fairly! I filed a complaint and disputed the charge with my credit card. Luckily I only spent $30, but wasted to my time trying to send a Christmas gift that never arrived. They haven't returned my emails and the order still says in progress. Note I ordered a PRE-fabricated shirt so as to avoid the whole process of waiting for the customized shirt. The item was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Still nothing.
**update: I was finally contacted via Facebook of all places... The agent confessed the production team was overwhelmed and customer service unable to keep up with emails. Whoever I talked to assured they would get my refund processed asap. We'll see. As a new, growing company, they will need to learn from this terrible mishap if they wish to stay in business.

Unprofessional. You will not receive product and be charged.
I ordered 22 days ago for Christmas presents. They charged my pay pal $159 already and I have received no shipping updates. I have sent 5 emails and none have been returned. I just made a pay pal claim today and will now file with bbb. They truly seemed legit and i was excited for what I ordered as gifts.
I am a business owner and to have to encounter any company running a business this way, it makes me sad at how little effort is made after they already took my money.
At least put an auto responder on your emails if you have issues with your production; It's literally that easy. People would understand if you at least made even one second of an effort. Just a suggestion so you don't lose all of your business.
