I ordered a hoodie to Sweden. Received it and realized that the pocket wasn't sewn on properly so l than l had to spend 25$ to send it back. Then order a new one, pay shipping again. Just after a couple of days use it looked like l had it for years. I have contacted them 3 times but only received one answer, where they only offered me a refund but since l already paid 50$ in shipping l didn't se the point in spending another 25$ and be without hoodie.

Customer service is poor to nonexistent, terribly slow delivery time, over a month so missed the deadline of wearing it out to an event. Can't talk to a live person. Poor follow up. Save your money.

I ordered a custom shirt December 6th. I was notified on December 23rd that it was ready to be shipped. Well, here we are three weeks later, and I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. There has been zero activity with my tracking number. I have sent several emails inquiring about the status of my order, and I have not received a response. Even if the product arrives and it's perfect, I doubt I'll ever order from Beloved again. It simply isn't worth the headache.

Let me start off by saying I NEVER voice my opinion after making online purchases. This is a first bc I feel the need to speak out for other customers that may have experience the same issues. Ive purchase from this company two times. The first time the items took exceptionally long to ship with receiving a notification after I reach out to the company 2 weeks later. I did not receive my items until a month later. The finally straw was recently when I purchased an item and gave them the benefit of the doubt that things will be better....... Nope! Even worst. I wanted 3 weeks to receive a notification after I email the company! They didnt even take initiative to reach out to me and let me know that my products will be ship out late. I then cancel my order 3 weeks later.. Lesson learned. Good products but bad logistics. The turnover time from purchase to ship needs to be expedited. Those are my thoughts. Hopes this helps!

Are you kidding me? It's been six weeks since placing an order for two long sleeved shirts for the second time. I've emailed twice and filed a complaint with PayPal... What a shame your customer service is so awful because your products are really cute and well made! Wish I could give you a thumbs up, but lack of response gets your company two thumbs down. Boo.

I ordered almost two months ago and have yet to receive a shipping number. I even emailed them and didn't get a response for a week. When I did get a response I was told my order would be shipped out that week which was about 3 weeks ago. Other companies will at least give you a gift card or some form of "sorry we messed up so bad" but this company just doesn't care. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered a shirt on Black Friday from the ready to ship section. It took way longer than it should have to ship and it was shipping somewhere where I could not pick it up because it took too long. I spoke to a representative before it shipped to change the shipping address and they assured me it was resolved. It has since shipped to the wrong address where it could not be delivered because the "business was closed." It is now 2 months later and I still have not gotten my one ready-to-ship item. I also reached out to their customer service page on Instagram on 12/27/15 voicing this same concern where my message has since been opened and read but not replied to.

Ordered a small sweatshirt on black Friday. It didn't arrive till December 28th. For a small it's giant. I got it for a gift for a small female and it would be a medium on me, a male that wears size large. I am currently trying to return the item. I put in a request online, sent multiple messages via the website and multiple emails and haven't gotten a response in two weeks. They refuse to give a number so you can't call anyone so they just ignore you via email.
