This survey is the first I'm hearing from Beloved. I placed my onesie order a full month ago and have not been able to get any kind of status since then. The fact that there is no Customer Service number is telling. After Googling Beloved reviews and seeing the Better Business Bureau reports, I now see this is the norm for them. Can I please get a status on my order?

Tried to order a sweater, took over a month to even leave their facility. The graphics on the sweater is printed at a much lower resolution than represented online. I got this sweater at a discounted rate on sale, and it still wasn't worth the trouble. Called for an explanation / refund and it wasn't issued.

Ordered a sweatshirt for my granddaughter for Christmas. Granted it may have been a tight time frame but was never told it would not happen. When I emailed 4 days prior to Christmas I received and email saying it would not arrive bynChristmas and I could cancel and have my credit card creditied(which they charged the day I placed my order!) if I emailed them. I emailed them and said,please,cancel. The next day I emailed again and said please cancel and please send me a confirmation that that cancellation had indeed happened .binstewad IReceived an email saying that my order,had been shipped and would arrive around the 26th. Not sure of date. instead of cancelling my order and my credit card,which by the way I have never ordered anything online that was charged to my card rigor to shipping. Sweatshirt arrived after Christmas! Can not believe they are still n business and totaling disregarding customers requests. Granddaughter of course loved her sweatshirt even if late but I nor any member of our family will ever order again. Obviously they read my emails,and instead of granting my wish to cancel,they shipped!!

Awful customer service! Placed my order for my boyfriends Christmas gifts on December 4th. It's January 13th and still nothing. I've recieved a couple emails saying "my order will ship this week" and still nothing. Never experienced anything like this from anyone I've ordered from online.

One of the worst interactions with a clothing company ever. I ordered two hoodies from Beloved and they took over a month to ship out. I tried to cancel my order after sending multiple emails and never getting a response they finally shipped the product to me. When I tried to return the hoodies since I no longer needed them they continued to be unresponsive and now after 2 months I still have an unresolved issue.

I ordered a Ready-to-ship item that said would take 1-3 days to ship. I didn't get it for a month. I checked for a tracking number every day till I was sick of never getting responded to and finally was replied to..... When I made a comment on their Instagram post about my order. I'm never one to be flustered due to poor service but this was incredibly unreasonable wait time for my product and the customer service was absolutely horrid. Bought another product but canceled my purchase because of my experience and have already ordered it somewhere else. I love what I got but I would never have paid that much money for service that never responded after several emails and taken about a month after being promised a few days.

ordered a hoodie back in july and still have yet to get it and no one will respond back to my emails. would like my 80dollars back. never ever buying from here again and il make sure to spread the word and make sure no one else gets jipped!

Beloved cannot fill orders in a decent amount of time. They have no customer service phone number, I wonder why?!
