Worst customer service I've ever experienced
My boyfriend and I decided to order sweaters for each other for Christmas. I picked out one and he picked out two he liked. We ordered them during the Black Friday sale in November 2015. We received an email just before Christmas saying the order was not going to be ready in time for Christmas Day. That was fine. The first week of January we still had not received our sweaters. My boyfriend sent one email to the customer service address. No response. I sent an email and again no response. I proceeded to send A second email the following week and again, no response. I finally sent an email demanding a response within 48 hours or we would call the credit card company and have the issue investigated because we felt we had been robbed. Once again, no response. We called the credit card company who launched an investigation but were told it could take a few months for the money to go back into the account. At this point we were so disgusted with the service we had just given up and would wait for our money back. Finally, the first week of February we received and email saying our product was on route to our address. When the product arrived there was an addition $40 fee for duty. WHY WASNT THIS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? if you're a company shipping internationally why are you not considering this additional cost. Our sweaters have now come to a total just short of $300. And guess what? Still no response from the "customer service." No matter the quality of the sweaters we will NEVER make this mistake and order from here ever again.

Samantha thank you for your honest review. I can understand how frustrating it must be. Our customer's satisfaction is important to us and we are working on improving our customer service. We never mean to ignore any customer inquiries. In the future if you have difficulty getting our attention via email, you may consider maybe contacting us via facebook, twitter, or instagram. I am sorry about the custom duty that you were not expecting. For our international customers we do state on our website that custom duty is the buyer's responsibility. We will work on making this more visible to our international shoppers.
