I have been putting off reviewing my order until I actually received it but I keep getting emails to rate my experience. Right now it's very low but I hope when I receive my order that will change. It took a long time for the order to be put together and the tracking hasn't been updated in a week. I still really want what I ordered (especially how much I paid for it...) but I will not be ordering from this company again.

Me and a friend ordered at roughly the same time. We got a message saying our shirts would be shipped within 2 weeks. He got his order after about 3 weeks, and since I hadn't gotten any delivery information I contacted Beloved shirts. They said they were sorry for the inconvenience and said it would be shipped within the week. The next week it still hadn't been shipped, so I contacted them again. This time I was informed that it would be shipped WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS. The reason I ordered these 2 shirts was that I wanted them before I went away for 1,5 months. That was 45+ days before I left, and I am now 10000 kms from home and they still haven't arrived after 2 months. The customer service was polite, but the 10 dollar discount I was offered on my next purchase doesn't nearly make up for this horrible experience.

Your website is very easy to use, but that was the only easy part of the process have receiving my item. I ordered my item in the middle of December and just relieved it yesterday, February 19th. I tried numerous times to email your customer services email, because you do not have a phone number for some reason and recorded no response. I had to resort to social media to even get ahold of anyone. And whomever I was communicating with told me my item would send out that week, it never did. Then it turned into the week after. And finally after a month of exchanging messages I finally recieved my item. I understand that this is a small business, but this was pretty ridiculous. I will not order from you again.

It took 4 months for me to receive my leggings. When contacting customer services, it took weeks / months to hear back and on my last mails, I never heard from anyone. Really disappointing!

I still haven't received my package

I have sent four messages with Beloved wear asking for information on returning merchandise for a refund. As of yet I have to received information through my email as to there return procedures. Having said this I review my dealings with Beloved Wear as very poor. All I asked for is information as to return procedures and have not received any such information. However, I continue to receive emails as this one. Please have the company send me information as to there return procedures. Thank you.

No response for 12+ days. Needed to change a size and couldn't by the time they got back to me. Followed up several times. Really disappointed with the shirt I received as it is down to their ankles.

I ordered a hoodie the beginning of January. It shipped about 3 weeks later. I ordered a large. It didn't fit me WHATSOEVER. I've been waiting for a reply to 3 emails to get this taken of for 2 weeks. So customer service not only is terrible but doesn't even exist to me.
