This was my ever order with Beloved and possibly my last. After days of anticipation, I received my Beloved package in the mail. I tore it open and gazed upon a beautiful Kim Jong-Un sweatshirt. The only problem was that I had ordered an Oprah sweatshirt. I was disappointed, but accidents happen. No big deal. I e-mailed Beloved about the mistake and, instead of an e-mail apologizing for the error, I received a message saying "Sorry the item didn't fit. Here's how to get an exchange." I politely explained that they sent the wrong item and said I would be happy to wait a few extra days for the correct shirt to be custom made. I had ordered the Oprah shirt on sale and wanted to make sure I'd be able to get it at the same price. It's been a week and the issue is yet to be resolved.

I have been a loyal customer of beloved for years. I have been happy with purchases, but recently my ordera have been unsatisfactory. My mother ordered me gifts from there that were "ready to ship" and it took over two months to receive them. With the items being so expensive and supposedly ready to go, this is unacceptable. Also, the large hoodie I was swimming in, and the medium was so tight I could barely fit in it. I am so thoroughly disgusted by this company I am done shopping with them.

The size medium offered in the site is far from the representation of a standard medium. I was also not able to find a size chat on the website. So I'm extremely disappointed because I can't wear my jacket because I should've have ordered a large. -- the stitching of the arms in the chest, and shoulder area is the length of a small. --- Thank you for your time.

Un- beloved-able they would deliver Christmas themed products ordered in December and obviously for Christmas in March. Was surprised to get them at all.

I was completely unhappy with Beloved. After 4 email to the company they finally answered me. They gave me 10% off because it took so long and said that they only had a few employees. This isn't a very good excuse to me when they originally had promised delivery within 10 days. Maybe they need some more staff.

It took two months for my shoddily made blanket to arrive. I can only surmise from the price that the ink must cost a lot bc the blanket itself is cheap, cheap, cheap. I ended up ordering similar item from a competitor (for the same price) because the beloved product looks like it won't last long. Your competitor shipped a superior product in under a week.

Ordered and PAID for my shirt 20th December, it is now 25 th February and still waiting!

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had purchasing something online. I added one shirt to my cart and tried to check out and it wouldn't let me. It said that my postal code did not match. Match what?? My card?? I checked it about 25 times and all my info my correct. I tried ordering the shirt and it simply wouldn't let me. So I tried to call but they didn't have a customer service number, instead they said to E-Mail. So I emailed them and got NO RESPONSE for a week. So I tried again, no luck. Then I emailed them again, with an angry E-Mail. Then I got a response saying to "maybe try again at a different time". Yeah thanks. So I tried every day for a week, and it kept saying the same thing. So I sent them a third, furious, E-Mail saying that now I can't get my friend his Christmas gift because I couldn't order the shirt. I didn't get a response again.... Fantastic. Finally AFTER CHRISTMAS I tried to order it again and it worked... A full month later. With only one E-Mail back to me simply saying to try again. It was the most infuriating experience I've ever had, and I will never buy anything from Beloved again.
