There is no way to contact this place, unless you email them. I had emailed them 3 times and have not had a response. My advice -- buyer beware -- DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! 12/27/17 I changed my rating to 4 stars. I did finally hear from Beloved after I had left a phone message. I did send approximately 3 emails and left a message on FB messenger and on their page. In any event, I can appreciate that they were swamped with orders. I did get my shirts in time for Christmas and they are AWESOME!! Very nice quality and US sizing. I had ordered a back up shirt (Hairy Xmas shirt) via Amazon...it was a bit different, much cheaper and ran super small (Asian sizing)...no where near as nice as the Beloved Shirts. Moral of the story - you get what you pay for. Just order it super early! Thanks, Beloved!

New: Beloved has corrected the issue and i HAVE received fair compensation for my trouble. Sometimes it takes longer then expected but they did help me out after all. Beloved I cannot say enough how important it is NOT to sell something you do not have. I have not purchased anything sense this and hope my next purchase is fluid and in stock. Thank you Old: Emailed after 6 days of waiting with ZERO response on the order. Finally emailed asking what was up with the order only to be told it was not in stock and they will refund me. Completely ignoring the fact that if i had not said something it never would have shipped. So when i followed up Anna in customer service gave me a discount deal of 25% off JUST FOR ME... Except now that its Memorial Day the whole site is 25% off. (Basically the 25% off is a slap in the face when everyone gets that) I CANNOT recommend a site to friends and family that doesnt ship things i pay for.

It was great. Got here quickly and fit nice. A little long on the torso than expected, but overall good

No problems with the order or shipping to Canada. The email they send with tracking was useful to determine where the pickup point for my shirt was, and when it arrived. Don't expect to get this the next day. I was hoping for a thicker material on a sweatshirt.

The products are fantastic and printed with amazingly high quality. They are much better about shipping recently and give you an accurate estimate on when it will arrive. But the prices are a little too high, so you have to really want it. Also it's good to get their emails or follow them on Instagram/Snapchat because they have secret sales all the time.

I loved that the print was on both sides of the tank so people can experience its awesomeness if I'm coming or going.

Loved the shirts I bought and fabric type too! Shipping did take a little longer than expected even though it said "ready to ship", but other than that, I loved everything else.

I LOVE the products that Beloved offers, and I will 100% be purchasing from Beloved again. Given how expensive the products are, it would be good to get a bit more as far as service goes. In particular, the product I purchased from Beloved was a gift; it would have been nice if I could have added a personal note with the product (I tried emailing about this but was told that Beloved does not do personal notes).
