Hi Logan! We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I was able to check and investigate your order and the shipping status. Initially, you made your purchase on the 19th of November. A day after you made this, we count an estimated 10-business days to craft. This information is also noted on both the item description and the email confirmation when you successfully made your purchase. After the production is done, we then proceed with shipping the item within the duration of your chosen shipping method: 9-14 business days. As of this moment, we are on the 10th day of shipping your order. USPS already updated information regarding your order and it's expected to arrive on 19th of December which is still within the estimated shipping period you paid extra for. Still, we apologize for any inconvenience. The time that we forward your order to the courier we are blind and no control on the timely information they release. Hi Jackie, Thank you so much for updating your review, although we're so sorry to hear about your overall experience with Beloved. We just found out that our manufacturer moved factories; hence, there were delays and mistakes with the production process. Unfortunately, your order was affected - and we're truly sorry about that. It is indeed our policy to never refund custom items due to their unique nature. And instead of a refund, a remake would be the solution. Apparently, in your case, we just want to take care of you and we have informed our manufacturer about this to prevent the same mistake from happening again. We're truly sorry about this. Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to us and we truly apologize for this inconvenience. This is definitely a manufacturer's error and we're more than happy to proceed with a replacement. For the fabric, we do use polyester (on almost all of our products) since we use sublimation printing. It is the perfect material to use since sublimation only works 100% with polyester fabrics. Some of our products, however, come with poly-cotton blends. The label, on the other hand, is also something we are currently looking at. We just switch manufacturers and it seems there is some work to fix. Again, we're truly sorry about this experience, and we just want to make this right for you. Your item was shipped May 15 and based on the shipping method you chose (Standard Shipping), it would be 9-14 business days. I can see here that it is very well under our turnaround time. Hi Steven, I am sorry to see that you have left us a negative review and feel you had a less than satisfactory experience with us. I am not sure where we went wrong. Our customer service team responded to you within an hour of your first email, and within a reasonable timeframe after your second email which was at 6:09pm on Thursday, and then 3 more repeat emails within 24 hours by Friday afternoon. Our team responded to you on Monday during business hours. Is this bad customer service in your opinion? We are a small team so we do take 8-24 business hours to respond to all of the emails that come in. I have the full responses on file and I am not seeing any blank advertisements, so I am wondering if you were looking at marketing emails maybe that came to your inbox? You are welcome to opt out of those if you would like. Also, if you are unhappy with your order you are more than welcome to return the item to us for a refund. Our business model is made to order so all items are crafted after the order date - order date being day 0. We promise to ship the item to you within 5-10 business days. The sweatshirts and hoodies we sell usually get raving reviews, people feel like they are soft and stretchy, and they have a fleece lining. Did your item not come like this? I am terribly confused. Hello Raymond! I just verified with my customer service team that they reached out to you on August 8th to let you know the item you ordered was unfortunately out of stock. We are so sorry about that. I appreciate you reaching out here to get a hold of us, but I am sorry as I am sure it feels frustrating and inconvenient. I looked into the issue, and I see that we emailed you on August 8th, and you replied to them on August 18th. Then there were two more emails sent to you after that, the conversation concluded on August 27th. We issued your refund on August 20th - for the item that was out of stock.
