Sure, they have a lot of cool, neat, and unique designs, but don't be fooled by that. I ordered a hoodie from them late November with the promise that it would arrive before Christmas, yet here we are almost a month past Christmas and the order has yet to even be fulfilled or shipped. I emailed them about this and they refunded a tiny portion of the order. I am unimpressed with their customer service and their inability to fulfill an order within their given timelines. We were told it would take a couple of weeks, but those weeks have turned into months. It's unacceptable for them to mislead consumers like that. I can assure that my first order from them will be my last order from them. I'm debating to see if my order can be refunded (in full) or just wait and see just how long they will take to fulfill my order and ship it. I will defiantly not be recommending Beloved Shirts to anyone I know because of this.

I ordered a "belovesie" as a gift for a friend and a pineapple sweatshirt that was meant to be part of my Halloween costume. The website said it would take around 20 days to make and ship the items, so I ordered these items in mid-September, thinking my items would come just in time for my friend's birthday (October 21st) and Halloween. September and October pass and it's reaching the end November with no sign of sweatshirt or belovesie. There is no customer service phone number so I emailed the company. The next day I received an email from someone (I'm guessing their customer service rep?) saying their heat press had broken down and they are currently trying to fix it (hey, thanks for notifying me about that little issue of yours before I ordered products that needed to be on my doorstep at a certain deadline. not.). He told me I could cancel my order or receive a 20% refund or a free pair of socks. I replied saying I would continue waiting and would love a free pair of socks. I never received a reply. So, by now it's almost the end of December and my package FINALLY arrives. Ultimately, I gave my friend concert tickets for her birthday since there was no sign of the belovesie at the time, and I decided to give her the belovesie as a Christmas present. It took a little over THREE MONTHS for my items to ship. Keep in mind this was not free shipping! I paid for that unacceptable shipping. Never ordering again, extremely unhappy with my experience.
