When you order a ready to ship in 7 days Christmas shirt a whole month before Christmas and pay $15 for 2 day shipping, you expect to recieve the shirt in a timely manner. I didn't get my shirt until 4 days after Christmas. What is the point of it then? It had one purpose. YOU HAD ONE JOB BELOVED SHIRTS. Do not order from this website if you have a timely expectation of receiving a shipment after paying for express shipping. If you have money to blow, and you don't care when you recieve the product, then sure, let Beloved Shirts rake in the money. If not, go shop elsewhere. Like Amazon. Who always ships on time.

The fabric the clothes are made with are uncomfortable. They also have a weird look on the graphics because of the fabric. Also when I wash them, they collect so much lint I have scrap it off with my nails. I love this stores designs, but the fabric makes it not worth it

I ordered a Belovsie once and it arrived perfectly on time, like two weeks prox. I then decided to order a sweatshirt and, one month through the order, it didn't arrive. I e-mailed Beloved Shirts and had a quick response, they offered to help me track my order (because the tracking number they gave me said it was "non-existent") and, now two months already, I still don't have my package and no response of the last e-mail. Too bad, I really trusted this website.

I choose the fast shipping and it was supposed to reach me in a week and it took more than a month so I payed extra money and did not get my stuff in time

I ordered November 24, Here it is December 15 and I am still waiting for tracking information saying my order has shipped. I have emailed twice and they always have an excuse. If it wasn't the only place I could find the gummy bear shirt, I would tell them to forget it! Maybe I will be able to give the shirt to my grandson for Valentine's Day! I think it is horrible that there is no way to speak to a person and everything for customer service is through email.

Customer service is not really responsive, I paid for shipping in the order then to my surprise when i went to pick it up, i was charged for the shipping costs. I did receive a nice quality hoodie, they have a great selection of authentic clothes. It took roughly over 3 weeks to receive the shipment/ which by far, is the fastest I have experienced compared to their competitors.

The shirts are awesome, which is pretty much the only reason that I've ordered from them more than once. Good luck getting any meaningful response from this company, though. I've opened customer support requests and had to wait up to a week to hear a response. Living in Canada means that I have to pay a ridiculous brokerage fee if they ship with anyone other than USPS. That seems fine, as they have an option to ship with USPS, which I selected with my last order. Sure enough, however, they did not ship with USPS and I had to shell out an extra $22 to receive my package. Furthermore, they claim no responsibility for the mistake. I've even requested that they ship with USPS via support request and heard nothing back. I am done with this company. Won't be ordering from them again.

I wish I could speak to the quality of the products I ordered from belovedshirts.com. I placed my order back in November, and judging by the fact they accepted my credit card purchase instantaneously that their "guarantee to deliver before xmas" claim would be fulfilled. Fast-forward to end of January, with no word from the company I decided to look into this. After trying to get a hold of someone using a few different medias, I was informed my order will still be another 3-4 weeks to fulfill. An email, call, smoke signal etc. from the company letting me know this information would have softened my disbelief. Thanks for the 10% discount, but that hardly excuses the 2+ months plus I will have to wait (fingers crossed) for my order. This may be acceptable back in the days when things were shipped by horse drawn carriages, but you're an online company, pull it together. Great designs, but proceed w/ caution.
