I ordered a Belleze accent chair through Amazon. The chair arrived right on time; and the box was packed very well However one of the wood pieces was damaged. I contacted Belleze - sent a couple pictures and they immediately agreed to send a replacement piece - it is due to come today - less than a week from the email contact. Getting a response from Belleze rep Jasmine was quick and easy. I would buy a Belleze product again. BTW I do not have to go through the trouble of returning the damaged piece!!!

I ordered a tv stand from Belleze and unfortunately it arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service and was soon contacted by Alejandra Ochoa. She was very pleasant and immediately sent out a replacement stand. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition, we love it! I would definitely buy from Belleze again.

I purchased a Belleze buffet through Amazon. I read good things about the products online before purchasing. When my buffet arrived, I unpacked my pieces to find that the 2 biggest parts of the buffet were damaged. Both the top and bottom pieces were damaged on one corner. I called the customer service number on my invoice and packaging. I reached Cassandra Garcia who helped me through the process. She gave me a couple options to resolve the issue. She was extremely pleasant to work with and made sure I was completely satisfied by the end. Even though the product had an issue, I would purchase through this company again.

We ordered the DIY barstools. . The first arrived and assembled seamlessly... the second we had some assembly issues but upon contacting customer service, rep Jasmin Martinez, helped us greatly navigating showing the issues with our second door in which she is shipping us a new one with no cost to us so we can complete this project in our home... it was a quick simple easy fix and I couldn't be more thankful for her help... will definitely order again from them, and yes it was your customer service which locked that decision in for me...
