The customer service was rep was very understanding and got back quickly with the options available to me. I will definitely recommend your company to others.

I'm writing this this to thank Cassandra for the pleasant, no hassle and straight forward experience I had with customer service. The patio umbrella I purchased did not assemble according to instructions provided online and arrived with a bent crank handle. A simple quick fix was the result of Cassandra's genuine sincerity in keeping the customer happy. She corresponded with me with questions and provided all the correct answers to satisfy my queries . I appreciate the purchase I made from Belleze as a result of her service.
