I am surprised that the quality of the product exceeded expectations！Another amazing thing is “ the service is great”. I have bad online shopping many times in 2 months, It is difficult to contact the seller and the manufacturer, especially after the return period has expired Highly recommend this seller, you can trust them! I bought a tv stand from Belleze but unfortunately some of the pieces were damaged. I called them and spoke to the most amazing customer rep., Alexandra Ochoa. She was very polite and very professional. She was able to take care of my problem right away and with efficiency. I will definitely buy from them again.

Bought an office chair through ebay seller onebigoutlet great price item arrived on time was great. 2 day before the year was out a weld above the shock cracked. I contacted to see if they could send the part unfortunately they were out of stock on the part and the chair as well. The good news the representative named Alejandra offered to refund the purchase price. They do stand behind what they sell, buy with confidence!

I had to return an item I purchased (an air conditioner) which had arrived damaged. The customer service agent, Alejandra Ochoa, couldn't have been lovelier or more helpful. I am grateful to her for making what seemed a daunting task, easy to deal with.
