I ordered a fireplace tv stand, and a piece came broken I called BellezeFurniture because I was getting no where with Walmart. Working with Glorisel was great she stayed in touch with me she made sure I understand everything if not she would go over with me again until I got it. Great customer service.

I purchased a Kitchen cabinet on wheels from walmart.com that can hold a microwave on the top. The cabinet arrived and was well packed. All the parts were there and 1 extra for each little screw and parts that are required to assemble it. It was easy to assemble. We had a small glitch with the handle on one side being loose, so I called their customer service number. Brianna from the customer service handled my issue to my satisfaction. The assembled cabinet makes a nice addition to our kitchen and frees needed counterspace.

I purchased a Curio Cabinet on Amazon and when I encountered issues assembling it, I called the company and spoke with Brianna Rodriquez. Ms. Rodriquez provided excellent customer service and invaluable assistance in resolving the situation. I was pleased and impressed with her professional approach and courtesies. Thanks to Brianna, the matter was resolved to my satisfaction.

I received a TV Console with a Fireplace from Bellevue Furniture and the base was chipped in shipping and one of the pieces was not drilled prior to shipping. I reached out to Belleze Customer Service and I connected with Customer Service Representative Cassandra. She was very kind, compassionate and caring and she made arrangements for a brand new item to be shipped to me asap. I am very happy with the customer service department and how Cassandra handled my issues. I look forward to receiving my new TV / Fireplace Console. We purchased an outdoor patio heater. During shipping one of the wheels incurred damage. We love the heater but due to the damage we couldn't move it around on our patio. We had difficulty receiving service from Belleze through their website support or through email; totally unresponsive. However, once we contacted them via telephone we were quickly satisfied with the service. Cassandra Garcia quickly took the details of our issue and informed us a new wheel would be shipped within 24-48 hours at no charge to us. We greatly appreciated the excellent service she provided.

Working with other companies, you often get placed on a looped phone system. Not in this case. My call was answered by a very helpful employee named Jun. Not only did he take the time to UNDERSTAND my issue, he contacted the parts department on my behalf to get them shipped to me. This is what customer service is about!!!!
