I recently purchased two tv stands with fireplaces and accidentally ordered the wrong colors. I called customer service and talked to Bianca. She talked to management and I was given free shipping to send them back. I was very pleased to have dealt with this company and promptly ordered the right ones. I will definitely deal with this company again.

I ordered a Belleze TV stand with fireplace. When my husband and I were putting it together as a surprise to our daughter 2 pieces were missing..we could finish and the surprise now became a mess. I contacted customer service and had the pleasure of speaking with Jasmin Martinez. She was absolutely awesome! She was kind and professional! She got a replacement sent to us in less than a week and this happened during Thanksgiving week. The replacement arrived with no damage and all the parts. Jasmin also sent a follow up email to let me know it had shipped along with the tracking #. You don’t get that kind of customer service to much these days. Pretty impressive. My daughter loves the TV stand especially the fireplace!

I had a problem which Bianca solved to my great satisfaction. I was expecting hold times and transfers to other departments. Not the case. Bianca answered the phone and i didn't have to talk to anyone else. I am extremely happy to see her great work ethic.

I received my new desk in about a week I am still waiting on one other rug to come in but so far it was a great experience with Belleze.

I absolutely love my white antique outdoor bench. I loved it so much, I bought a 2nd one. I'm 60 years old and disabled and had no problem putting them together. They are very well made, heavy metal and look amazing in my back yard gardens.
