The reclining chair was in excellent condition, well made & attractive. Personnel that I dealt with were very helpful and polite.

I order a AC from Amazon. The box came in perfect conditions. Unfortunately the AC did not fit my window, but the customer service is a life savior. I spoke with Alejandra and she found a solution that fitted my needs. This place got a loyal customer. Thank you Alejandra and thank you One Big Outlet.

There service was great and the shipping was super fast. The furniture itself is very sturdy and seems like it will last a long time. I did have a few small imperfections on it but the company was easy to work with to get me needs addressed!

We received a sideboard for our dining room from Belleze furniture. It arrived well packaged and had all of the parts. We are very pleased with the quality as well as the price for the item. Overall, we had a great experience.

My Name is James Evans I would like to thank Jasmine Martinez she was outstanding very professional. I wish more companies had more employees like her. Thanks again.

Easy to put together. Nice quality for the price

I bought because needed stools for a low cost. I liked online…LOVED in person. Great quality and they are beautiful!!! Highly recommend.

I bought two 24" Bar stools. They turned out to be a bit short for the size of my kitchen counter. I was offered a good deal to keep the item and avoid the hassle of returning two heavy boxes. I am happy with my purchase and the costumer care.
