This was the second outdoor item I had purchased and I must say both times and both items where outstanding . They sell nice products and I believe worth the cost .

My park bench was delivered quickly, easy to assemble and beautiful. However, after a season outdoors in an eastern winter, I was dismayed to find rust in one spot. Most of the bench held up perfectly so I feel it was an abnormality. I emailed support@fastreply and heard from Shaylyn H. She was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. We emailed back and forth many times and I never waited more than 12 hours for a reply to my emails. She was clear as to what documentation she needed and pleasant throughout. Before too many days passed my problem was resolved and a new bench was delivered to my home. It was a pleasure dealing with Belleze and particularly Shaylyn H. This is a company that stands behind their product. Kudos to Shaylyn H. and Belleze. Catherine Fitzpatrick

Good item, happy with the purchase so far. Hopefully it holds up long term.

easy to follow instructions, all pieces well marked, and great fit.

I love this chair. It sits well and is well made. I also ordered an end table and was pleasantly surprised at the quality for the cost. Thank you Belleeze. I will be shopping with you again soon.

Product arrived as scheduled. Installed within a week and enjoying same on our deck. Easily assembled . Looking forward to a great summer.

Received very soon after order and all looks great. Took some time to assemble but love the way it looks.
