I purchase the Lenore 70-inch fireplace mantle with electric fireplace. One of the shelves was damage with shipping however customer service was prompt to replace. There is definitely gaps where the shelves attaches to the casing. Also the hardware or screws that the book shelf attaches to the mantle was not long enough. I had to purchase longer screws and nuts to make the book shelves attach to the mantle. You also have to make your own holes in the back of the mantle to attach the electric fireplace. Over all my wife and i are happy with our purchase.

easy to build, came with a few minor damages but nothing too noticeable. Great quality

Delivery time: excellent Delivery condition: excellent Assembly: Quick and easy. However, some of the pre-drilled holes did not align well with the screws. Looks: matched our decor and room colors well. Two of the shelves had scratches. We put them as the highest and lowest shelves respectively to hide the scratches. Overall impression: Study, easy to assemble, arrived in good condition, and looks good in our home. Would purchase again.

Off to a rocky start but the customer service rep took good care of my order , my desk arrived on time & in perfect condition. Must say when unpacking & initially reading the directions I was a bit overwhelmed But the directions were actually very good & It took me about 3 hours to assemble

Went up and beyond to get me a refund for my purchase excited for that

Great product except for the hardware. Door handle had defective threads so screw would not fit. Otherwise very happy.

Nice lounge. Comfortable.

In the world we live in today, it's nice to find a company and a person willing to go the extra steps to insure your buying experience meets or exceeds your expectations. Belleze and Glorisel of Big One Outlet did that. I recently ordered 3 Barrell chairs for my business. Glorisel made sure that I was completely satisficed with my purchase. I would recommend this product and company to my friends. Thank you.
