Bed was purchased m, arrived box all beat up not sure if all parts are here because it came with NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS. I go online to see if they are there, they have a link to click once you click it, it says I have to wait till access is granted for the assembly instructions!!! Which is ridiculous. I have a bed that I can no assemble on my only day off for my child. This was her Christmas gift. Her room has already been cleared because we thought we were going to be able to get this bed up quickly. We were so wrong!!

I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service. I’ve spoken with your customer service agents twice now. The first time it was pleasant and professional. The second time I spoke with a woman who made it sound like it was my fault that Belleze hadn't done anything to determine where my package is. (I still haven’t received it and don’t know the status.)

There is no way to edit or cancel orders on your website, which seems to be a pretty basic feature of online stores

The color of items on website was completely different when I received the item. On website the color of fabric was vibrant (appeared to be white with blue print) and the fabric of item I received was a dingy off white with a green print. I connect with customer service and they stated at times color may not be exactly the same as it appears on website. Company did not offer to offset a portion of shipping cost, paid over $300 to return chairs.

Called me telling me that you couldn't ship yet you showed ready to ship. Eventually cancelled my order. I ordered same exact Belleze cabinet from Amazon for $40 more, no explanation why they could send it and you could not.

Received damages product straight out of the box. I contacted customer service for a replacement. They asked for pictures which I sent. It’s been a couple weeks now and they have not yet responded. I emailed again and received no response. I am stuck with a broken tv stand and out a few hundred dollars.
